Shipping Policy

HEY’s products are shipped through reliable courier services, including Delhivery, DTDC, and FedEx. We require 24-36 hours to process and dispatch your orders. However, most orders are shipped within 12 hours.

To ensure smooth delivery, we require a complete address with a valid phone number. No orders will be shipped without a phone number. We do not ship to FPO/APO or P.O. Box addresses.

Shipping Within India

  • We generally use Delhivery for domestic shipping.

  • Free Shipping is available on prepaid orders.

  • All orders within India are delivered within 4-7 working days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only in India for an additional charge of Rs. 50.

  • The minimum order value is Rs. 499. Orders below this amount cannot be shipped.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not have an international shipping option available on our website.

  • HEY does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on any orders.
